Meditation music is being created under the name *res.o.nanz*. Over the past decade, several albums have been produced, each featuring distinct musical approaches. Naturally, the market is saturated with meditation music, as it is relatively easy to produce. We have listened to a great deal of it and concluded that some of it is truly cheaply made or kitschy.

One important point must be kept in mind: meditation is about finding stillness, grounding oneself, and relaxing. Kitsch, romanticism, and sentimentality have no place here. The music must be crafted accordingly.

We have implemented various concepts—incorporating elements such as percussion, reverberant spaces and ambient sounds, atmospheric pads, binaural beats, monotonous soundscapes, and Solfeggio frequencies. Ultimately, the track that works best depends on the specific situation and the individual.
We have produced over ten albums of meditation music across various styles. Many of these albums feature a single long track designed to create a continuous, steady relaxation effect.
The collection includes albums featuring binaural beats, Solfeggio frequencies, atmospheric soundscapes with expansive spatial qualities, and specialized rhythms and percussion.
